searches, assets seizures and offenses involving drug possession
or accusations of sales. Fees vary depending on the nature
of the charges and the specific issues of interest being challenged.
FL CAN does not provide free attorneys. In most cases we
recommend working with a public defender by using the techniques laid
out in our publication "Making your Attorney Work for You"
Ideally, you will never require the services of our legal support

while the events are fresh in your mind. It is always best to do
this as soon after your arrest as possible, not only will it keep
the facts straight in your mind, but will greatly reduce the amount
of time it will take for us to help you.
